ER is provided for the purpose of facilitating the recruitment process for healthcare professionals and organizations. ER may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use ER for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to, collecting personal information, spamming, harassing, or defaming others.
To use ER, you must register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
When applying for a job through ER, you agree to provide accurate and complete information in your job application, including but not limited to, your resume and cover letter. You acknowledge that your job application may be shared with potential employers for the purpose of facilitating the recruitment process.
The ER platform, including but not limited to, the software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of EC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use or reproduce the ER platform for any commercial or unauthorized purposes.
ER does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any job listing or job application posted on the ERC platform. ER is not responsible for any employment decisions made by employers, including but not limited to, hiring, promotions, and terminations.
ER will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the ER platform, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
ER reserves the right to terminate your use of the ER platform, at any time and for any reason, without notice.
ER may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and will post any changes on the ER platform. By continuing to use ER, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ER is based.
